“Moonlight and Magnolias”- winner of “Catered Event of the Year” Award and “Best On-Premise Event” Award.

Under a full moon, “Moonlight & Magnolias”, an intimate themed dinner party for 42 guests, created an enchanting world unto itself. In a garden setting, our historic venue offered an inviting backdrop for a small group of Internationals in Atlanta on business to experience Southern Hospitality first hand. Our client, a California Communications company, holds their yearly customer appreciation dinner in conjunction with the annual CTIA Wireless Communications conference. The location, theme, and menu change, but the 42 names on the guest list remain relatively constant. With New Orleans as the previous year's location, “All that Jazz” as the theme, and legendary Paul Prudhomme as the chef, the team at Magic Moments Inc. at Flint Hill had a high standard to surpass.

Accepting the challenge, we delivered the moon: “Moonlight & Magnolias” that is. We developed the theme, complete with Southern Belle greeters offering Mint Juleps to the arriving guests, selected the necessary props, produced the floral designs, coordinated the outside vendors, and catered the event using our full-service staff and venue.
